Professional quality two-part silicone moulding compound, perfect for making 3D shapes with Metal Clay!
Very high quality moulding compound (Petra's absolute favourite from all she has ever tried!), it captures every fine detail. Delicate veins on a leaf, stripes on a snali's shell, spores on a fern frond, an ammonite, a coffee bean, fingerprints - if you can capture it in a mould, it will transfer to the silver.
Use it to make a mould from your favourite button, piece of jewellery, seed pod, shell or other interesting textures. Then press your metal clay into the mould to create a fine silver replica. This 2 part product is very easy to work with, it mixes easily, and is nice and flexible after curing so it is easy to get your dry clay out of the mould.
Pack size: 50g per pack (2x25g).
Working time (including mixing time): Approximately 1min 45secs
Curing time (including working time): Approximately 30 minutes

Much better finger print. Still to try on baby's to see how young it will capture but certainly will keep using.

overated siligum
I purchased this item in the belief that it gave the best impression of fine detail - this Japanese product arrived with instructions completely in Japanese - being new to this product I was hesitant to use it without the English instructions - metal clay ltd sent English instructions - I found it messier & more frustrating to use than Siligum - not a 100% convinced that the detail is vastly superior ~
