This fantastic, battery powered tool is ideal for engraving metal, glass, wood, ceramics and more! The compact pen-like design and comfortable contoured grip allows great control for doing fine detail work.
The Mirco Engraver comes with a built in LED spotlight - with a light squeeze of the button your working area will be illuminated and you will be ready to engrave away.
The Engraver pen comes with two round diamond-tip bits and an allen key.
This pen is battery operated and requires x2 AAA batteries. (Not included).

Great little engraver - it works best using a light grip and let it glide. The light is angled well over the work tip. Good value

Works Well
This works extremely well into a number of different surfaces and is easy to use. My only reservation is that the grip (with the button on it) is quite a long way from the end of the bit, so it can't quite be held like a pen. However, this is a common feature of this sort of device and can be worked around.

Really awful
This tool is really awful, it is heavy for holding in one hand for fine work, but worst of all it vibrates like CRAZY - making it impossible to get any form of straight line. Really not worth the money, effectively useless, so disappointed. ***** Response From Metal Clay ***** Hi Joanna, We are really disappointed to hear that you did not have a good experience with this product. Unfortunately the vibrations you get from such a small pen are what make it great for engraving into metal and so many other surfaces. We have had some really positive feedback from customers who have found it such a useful compact tool.
