About the Authors
Mary Wohlgemuth's background includes a wide variety of creative pursuits and professional experience, including art direction, illustration, and publishing. Her training in metal arts started at Milwaukee Area Technical College in the 1990s. A graduate of Marquette University, she furthered her fine arts education at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.
Celie Fago is a self-taught jewellery artist and author with a background in painting, printmaking, sculpture and metals. Her widely exhibited jewellery, combining Precious Metal Clay with polymer clay and metal smithing, is distinguished by elegant design, resonant color, and attention to detail. She is highly regarded as a generous teacher and an innovator in the combination of these materials.
