3M's Premium Diamond Polishing Abrasives for working with hard stones, ceramics, glass and crystal. Ideal for scratch removal and polishing.
Use this premium quality polishing abrasives to refine and polish hard stones and glass. This will give you added polishing ability for harder stones up to 9 on the Mohs scale such as: agate, quartz, sapphire, ruby, etc. Also works great for removing scratches from Watch Crystals, Waterford Crystal, etc.
Achieves the absolute best wet-polished look on semi & precious stone, decorative glass and the like. Highest quality finishes are achieved in only a few steps.
Use with water and a very light touch - don't push too hard, apply nice consistent gentle pressure.
Available in these grades: 3,000, 8,000, 50,000 grit & Cerium Oxide (Final Polish)

The Cerium Oxide (100,000 grit) Superfine Premium Diamond Polishing Abrasive is your final polishing step on stones and glass. It can be used to remove minute scratches on stones such as opal, emerald, ruby, sapphire (including watch crystal), turquoise, dichroic glass, etc. It will give you the absolute best wet-polished look on semi & precious stones, decorative glass and similar. We recommend using this grade as a final polish with a Cushion Pad mounted on a Backpad.
Use the Cerium Oxide disc at slow speeds while lubricating your piece with plenty of water.
