Splashback Kit for Foredom Handpieces
To protect flex shaft and micromotor handpieces from corrosion due to splash back from water and other coolants whilst drilling with diamond bits into pearls and gemstones.
Foredom recommend the use of this kit to prevent water entering the handpiece and corroding the bearings which would void the warranty.
It is recommended that you should use canned or compressed air after each use with water to thoroughly dry the handpiece.
The air vents on the handpiece must never be obstructed.
Each kit comes with:
- 10 x Grip Seal bags to be used as covers
- Elastic band
- 5 x 3/32" white discs
- 5 x 1/8" white discs
- 10 x 3/32" black O rings
- 10 x 1/8" black O rings
