Hang Up Pendant Foredom TX Motor with Square Drive Flexshaft, available with either a Table Top Dial Speed Control or Plastic Foot Speed Control - 115V
Here is the motor so many of you have asked us to import for you. A heavy duty controlled work motor, great for heavy work, like hardwood carving, hard metal grinding, and more.
This hang up pendant TX motor is the most powerful (1/3HP) Foredom motor with a high torque and speed range from 500 - 15,000 RPM. It is a permanent magnet motor which is the ideal choice for work where you need more power and more control via slower speeds.
Paired with the 66" long heavy duty Square Drive flexshaft this kit is ideal for woodworking, sculpting, deburring, buffing, grinding, polishing and metal finishing.
Note - only available in a 115V version, with a US main plug, and requires a voltage converter to be used in the UK.
Choose from:
- CEMX-1 table top speed control, or
- C.SXR-1 plastic foot speed control
TX Motor
- The permanent magnet motor in the TX system is specifically designed for high torque/low speed applications, offering more power for jobs like stone setting, wax modeling, and pearl drilling.
- The ball bearing motor utilizes the advanced rare earth magnets (in place of the wound fields in the SR motors) that deliver more torque at the low end and throughout the entire speed range of 500 to 15,000 RPM.
- Can only be used with TXR-1, SXR-1 and EMX-1 speed controls.
Please note - this motor is only available in 115 volt and will require a voltage converter (with a US plug input) to be used in the UK.
Flexshaft
- This motor comes equipped with a 66" Heavy Duty Square Drive Flexshaft. Can only be used with square drive handpieces.
Choose a Speed Control:
C-TXR-1 Foot Control
- Heavy duty plastic foot operated speed control. The ergonomics allow for precise and reliable speed controlled by your foot.
C.EMX-1 Dial Control
- This Table Top Dial Speed Control looks the same as the standard table top control but it has special electronics that convert the AC current from an electrical outlet to DC current, the type required by Series TX motors. This control also has a different style plug that is made to fit the motor’s shielded-type plug. It can be positioned anywhere on the workdesk and the hand dial used to control the speed and keep it t the desired level. Comes with a replaceable fuse that protects the electronics during power surges and work overloads.
Two year limited warranty.
PLEASE NOTE - this motor does not come with a handpiece. Designed for square drive handpieces released by Foredom.

Foredom TX flexi motor
I brought These TX motors and hand controller they are very good, your able chisel out with no effort, grind out with ease and go delicate at lower speeds best motors I have brought I use a hand controller with them, You also need a 240v AC to 115v DC Transformer you can buy from well known online next day delivery’s 5 stars to Metalclay for stocking them ?
