Foredom Replacement Drive Cup for Angle Grinder, Belt Sander and Filer Attachments.
This replacement drive cup is for Foredoms current models of the Angle Grinder, Belt Sander and Filer attachments and allows you to attach the H.30.
Use the Drive Cup to attach the Angle Grinder Head, Belt Sander Head, or Filer Head to H.30 Handpiece:
1. Remove handpiece from flexshaft before mounting the head.
2. Use your chuck key to open the 3-jaw chuck on your H.30 handpiece.
3. Insert and tighten the drive cup until the drive cup head is flush with the chuck jaws.
4. Then loosen the angle grinder collar holdfast screw.
5. Align and match up the drive cup with the angle grinder spindle and insert the H.30 handpiece until it bottoms out into the mounting collar.
6. Tighten the collar holdfast screw.
7. Finally, check that the handpiece is engaged by turning the mounted flap wheel or accessory by hand while looking into the bottom of the H.30 handpiece to ensure that the handpiece key way or spindle is rotating. When you are sure that the head is attached properly, you can reconnect the H.30 handpiece to the flexshaft.
