These Vintaj eye pins are usually used with beads or charms, and for linking beads. You thread your bead or charm on the pin and then loop the staight end using round nose pliers. Cut to length if needed.
They are great for breaking up chains; simply replace a bit of the chain with a eye pin with a bead or two added.
