A plain round fine silver bezel cup measuring 6mm in diameter and a wall height of approx. 2.5mm.
To use with silver clay: To set the bezel cup you can simply roughen up the back of it and press into silverclay when wet, carve or drill an area in the clay when dry and drop it in, or you can even drill a hole in the bottom of the bezel cup and push into wet clay so that the clay bulges up through the hole. This will create a mechanical bond and a kind of rivet.
Perfect for setting those natural gemstones that cannot be fired.
Please note:
• Bezel cups are manufactured to the size advertised or may be slightly oversized because we know building up an undersized stone is easier and offers better results than forcing a bezel to accept an overly large stone. Please be aware that, due to stone-cutting tolerances, this cup may not accommodate all like-sized stones.

Great little pre made bezel to embed in metal clay or solder direct onto your sterling

Good component
I scratched the back and drilled a small hole in the bezel, as recommended to set it in the wet clay. It fired well but I did manage to dent the side a bit when I was polishing (maybe a bit too heavy handed) I am pleased though as it means any stone can be set after firing rather than worrying about it getting damaged.
