The AlphaDisc is back!!! And now you get a complete set of five different fonts - perfect for all your lettering needs.
The kit is a great saving. You used to buy these in individual discs, you had to chose which font, and which format (upper case, lower case or numbers and characters). Each disc used to be £9.95, this complete kit is the equivalent of 15 separate discs - a saving of over £89.00!!!
The Alphadisc makes it easy to get your message across in metal clay, polymer clay, ceramics and any other clay you can think of! A full kit with 5 diffferent fonts, in size 14 (4.9mm), each font comes in UPPER and lower case, as well as numbers and sepcial characters.
The font strip is peeled off the carrier sheet and placed around the outside of the blank disc. The strip self-adheres to the disc. To change to a different size or type style, just peel off the old strip, put it back on the carrier, and peel and stick on the new strip. Type strips are washable and reusable, and no release is needed when clay is properly conditioned. If clay sticking is ever an issue, simply apply a small amount of release to the strip after applying to the disc.
Rotate the disc to your desired letter and press directly into the clay. Vary the depth from shallow to deep. It can be used on ceramic, polymer, glass and metal clays, including precious metal silver clay, copper clay, and bronze clays of all kinds.
In this kit you get:
5 x Different Font Sets - You get 5 different fonts, Happy Type, Retro Script, Technical, Typewriter, and Nile. Each font comes in three different strips: upper case, lower case, and numbers & special characters. See image 2.
2 x Acrylic Mounting Discs - These are blank AlphaDiscs that you use to stick your font strips too. You get one for letter and one for numbers, see image 3.
1 x Lettering Support Disc - This is a great help when using the AlphaDisc, just pop your clay on the support and then use the AlphaDisc. It is especially good for avoiding pressing in more than one letter at a time - see image 4.
