Jeweltool Adjustable Piercing Saw Frame
A great addition to every type of jewellers workshop, these saw frames can be adjusted to fit different blades between 60-160mm.
Ideal for piercing out shapes from silver, gold, brass or copper sheet metal for your jewellery designs. Designed for use with regular blades and wax saw blades.
To fit the blade: Open the two bottom lugs (parts that twist), insert the ends of your blade into the slots which have opened by loosening the lugs. Remember to fit it with the teeth pointing in the direction of the handle and away from the frame! Tighten one lug and then push the frame against the bench and tighten the other keeping the frame under pressure so that the blade will be held taut in the frame. You can adjust the length of blade taken by using the lug at the top of the frame.
Supplied with a ergonomic wooden handle for ease of use.
